So far, 1998 has been a busy one for Turtle Island Productions. In March, T.I.P. provided complete camera and lighting packages while shooting productions for Diane Heditsian and Associates, Fat Box, Intel, Autodesk, and Tandem Computer. February and January also included productions for Autodesk, Tandem, and Fat Box as well as for Ann McDougal Communications, VISA, Bay Networks and Netscape.
In November, Turtle Island Productions provided line
production services for Martin-Brinkerhoff Asscociates, LA. The one day
shoot for Acura at the Weston St. Francis Hotel in San Francisco included
four camera packages, and two complete crews, including James Fortier as
DP/Production Co-Ordinator.
Also in Novemeber, T.I.P. provided complete production support, including
the Sony BVW-D600 camera package, three ton lighting truck, and crew for
a two day shoot for People Soft. The production featured highly stylized
interviews with People Soft's top executives and CEO.
T.I.P. was called upon by CKS Pictures to provide camera/lighting and DP
services for a one day shoot featuring Steve Jobs of Apple Computer./Next.
Finally in November, T.I.P. provided a Sony BVW-D600 camera package, DP
services and crew for Fat Box's one day shoot of testimonials at Summit
Medical Center in Oakland.
In October, Turtle Island Productions provided complete
camera support and DP services for shoots for 3COM Corp., and Diane Heditsian
Asscociates.
In September, Turtle Island Productions provided complete production support
and DP and Audio services for a two day Xerox shoot at Adobe Systems in
San Jose and at Xerox Park in palo Alto.
Also in September, Turtle Island Productions provided complete camera package and audio support, and DP services for a two day shoot for Breene Kerr Productions.
In August, Turtle Island Productions provided camera package and DP services for a one day VISA shoot for Producer Billie parker.
In July, Turtle Island Productions shot two days for Hewlett Packard Video and Broadcast Producer Bob Colter at People Soft in San Ramon. Also in July, T.I.P. provided cameras and crews for two VISA corporate videos for Producer Billie Parker.
In June, Turtle Island Productions provided camera and DP services for Gekko Productions on a shoot for @Home Network.
In May, James Fortier completed a one day shoot for Lockheed Martin Missles/Space. Fortier also provided lighting and gaffer services for a Hewlett Packard shoot with Breene Kerr Productions.
In April, Turtle Island Productions provided Gaffer/Lighting services for a Northern Lights/In Vision Productions project, as well as a shoot for Zenger Miller in San JHose, CA. . Also in April, T.I.P. Director of Photography James Fortier provided his Sony BVW-D600 Camera package and shooting services for a Fat Box shoot at Wells Fargo Bank's Corporate Communications Dept..
In March, Turtle Island Production's James Fortier was the DP for Butler & Associates productions for People Soft, Inc. and @Home, Inc. Fortier also was the gaffer for a Breene Kerr Production's shoot at Sybase, Inc. in Oakland.
Turtle Island Productions recently provided complete production support for VISA corporate video producer Billy Parker. The four day production included location shooting at four Bay Area Marriott Hotels. James Fortier was the Director of Photography and provided camera and lighting packages as well as additional crew members.
In addition, James was the DP for a recent Adobe shoot produced by D.R. & Associates of Palo Alto. And finally, Turtle Island Productions recently provided lighting services for a Pacific Bell production; for Producer Steffan Schultz.
